Formuler Z11 setup in MYTVOnline 3 uses the Content Sources area. Have the provider’s portal, XC or M3U details ready and identify which format your account uses.
Start Formuler Z11 setup
- Connect the box to the TV and your network.
- Open MYTVOnline 3, then Menu → Content Manager → Content Sources.
- Add the source that matches your supplied account details.
- Save, allow synchronisation to finish and open a live channel.
Verify the account
Check the expected channel groups, audio and guide. A missing guide can be an EPG-source issue even when live playback works. A completely empty source is more likely to require a login, account or connection-format check.
When asking for help
Provide the Z11 model, app version, connection type and exact error. Send identifiers or login details only through private support when requested.
For other versions, use the MYTVOnline connection guide. Menus documented for MYTVOnline 2 do not always match MYTVOnline 3.
