Using M3U on a MAG box requires a model and firmware that support playlist import. A provider’s M3U URL contains channel entries; it is different from a MAG portal address.
Choose the M3U on a MAG box import route

- Obtain a complete M3U URL or playlist file from your provider.
- Open the supported playlist-loading option in the embedded portal.
- Choose the URL route or select the actual playlist file from supported storage.
- Import the entries, then test one channel before replacing an existing list.
A URL is not always a playlist file
Saving a webpage or a single address as a file with an M3U extension does not necessarily create a valid playlist. If the box expects a file, obtain the actual playlist export.
When import fails
Check expiry, copied spaces, file format and device codec support. If your provider supplied only a portal, request the correct account format instead of guessing a conversion.
