IPTV Stalker refers to middleware used to connect a provider’s services with supported devices. Infomir’s documentation identifies Ministra TV platform as the successor name to Stalker Middleware.

What IPTV Stalker middleware does

Middleware helps an operator organise the interface, account access and service information shown by a client. The actual channel availability and stream quality still depend on the provider and its infrastructure.

What a customer needs

  • A supported device or application.
  • The exact portal address issued for the account.
  • Any required device registration or streaming credentials.
  • An active service package and network connection.

Portal, playlist and billing are different

A portal address loads a service interface. An M3U address supplies playlist entries. A billing website manages orders and invoices. A provider can use separate domains for these purposes.

Do not change a working player server just because its billing website has moved. Ask support which address should be entered in the specific player.

Diagnose a failed connection

Record whether the portal cannot load, the account is rejected or one channel fails. Those outcomes point to different checks. For Linux MAG devices, follow our MAG portal setup guide.

Account and setup help

Manage your subscription in the Xtreme HD client area. For help, send your device model, player name and exact error through support. Keep passwords and complete playlist URLs out of public comments.
