A MAG box is a set-top box made by Infomir. It connects to a television and network to play supported media and operator services. Buying the hardware does not automatically include a channel subscription.
Choose the right MAG box type
MAG devices include different software families. Linux models commonly use embedded and external portals, while Android-based models can use supported apps. The model number matters more than the general MAG name.
Check these details before buying
- Whether your provider supports that exact model and firmware.
- The required portal or playlist format.
- Video and audio formats, output resolution and TV connection.
- Available network connections and update support.
- Whether recording and catch-up are supported by both device and service.
Set it up after purchase
Connect the TV and network, obtain the correct account details and follow the MAG setup guide. Keep the device information available when asking support for help.
A high advertised resolution does not guarantee every stream is 4K, and hardware specifications alone do not establish whether a channel is included in a subscription.

Account and setup help
Manage your subscription in the Xtreme HD client area. For help, send your device model, player name and exact error through support. Keep passwords and complete playlist URLs out of public comments.
